Jaya shree's wool combing division was established in early 1995, with the objective of back ward integration of own Worsted spinning unit. In changing Global scenario , it has now blossomed and spread its wings globally. Over these years – it has emerged as the preferred choice of most of the spinners – international as well as domestic.

Jaya shree has achieved an international pre-eminence in the field of processing wool in a very short span of time , expanding its wool top production to almost 3 times the original capacity , within just three years of its inception. Enforcing strict in process quality control in a well-equipped laboratory with 'Inter-Wool Lab' accredited measuring instruments such as Almeter, OFDA. Jaya shree has undertaken Technical Cooperation Project with International Wool Secretariat Melbourne and Agriculture Western Australia , on various aspects of quality upgradation and cost reduction .

Environmental Friendly Processing
Environmentally conscious , and deeply committed to the cause of a green world , Jaya shree has established a sophisticated Effluent Treatment Plant with the most modern D.A.F. Floculator, together with a highly efficient micro-biological treatment ,which fully satisfies the environment protection norms of the land .
In addition , the working environment is kept clean with built-in suction devices in all machines , and with constant circulation of fresh air . Jaya shree has been awarded the ISO 14000 certificate for its implementation of environment-protecting work policies.
